Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days for UK orders and 21days for International orders. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused and in a sellable condition with all tags & packaging intact. All shipping fees (original and subsequent) are non-refundable.

How do I initiate a return?

No need to email, simply post the item back to us with a note stating the order number and if you would like an exchange for a different size or a refund.

When will I receive my exchange?

If you requested a new size, it will take roughly the same amount of time for the original item to get to you. 

Item was returned to sender??

If an item is returned to us due to customer supplying an incorrect address or not being available to sign for item we can resend the item but the customer must pay postage fees again. If the buyer would prefer a refund, we will do this minus the postage cost.
